A new face can be seen on the streets of Wainfleet after PC Seb Clarke joins the team as Community Beat Manager.

PC Clarke previously worked within the Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards Neighbourhood Policing Team where he was Beat Manager for ten years.

Following Lincolnshire Police’s restructure, Wainfleet and Burgh Le Marsh are now detached from Spilsby leaving PC Matt Dickinson, the former CBM for the whole area, responsible for Spilsby and parts of the Wolds.

“I have throughly enjoyed my time at Ingoldmells but am excited about the change and the new challenges it will bring,” explained PC Clarke. “The coastal resorts can have a transient community with a large influx of visitors and holiday makers in the summer months whereas Wainfleet has a different type of population with long term residents. I’m looking forward to getting to know the local people and hearing about any issues and concerns they may have”.
