Travelling fair en route to Spilsby

All the fun of the fair will be in Spilsby later this month.

A traditional travelling fun fair will visit Spilsby playing field on Ancaster Avenue from June 13 to 16.

There will be waltzers and other big rides together with roundabouts and bouncy castles for the less adventurous.

A spokesman for the fun fair operators said: “We haven’t been to Spilsby for some years and, except for the Spilsby Show of course this will be quite a special occasion because it will be a fair specially selected for the families of the town and the immediate surrounding villages.

“Although there are rides not far away in Skegness and Ingoldmells, there is nothing like a traditional travelling fair and Spilsby deserves to have its own fun fair.”
