Copies of the development proposal for up to 600 houses in Spilsby are now available to download online.
The proposals, which went on public display at the Franklin Hall on 2nd October, detail information about the proposal including details about the landscape, drainage and access.
The developers also state that the development would enable new residents to walk or cycle to the town centre and that primary school capacity could be increased by enlarging the entry by doubling the number of class entries each year.
It is stated that the development may take over ten years to complete.
