Spilsby Town Council

Spilsby Town Council is the most local elected body covering the town of Spilsby, the others being East Lindsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council.

Meeting Dates

Monthly meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month in The Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby usually at 6.30 pm. No meetings are held in August or December. During the first 15 minutes of the meeting members of the public are invited to raise any matters of interest or concern.  Official notices of meetings are placed on the Town Council’s notice board in the centre of town and outside Franklin Hall.

Meeting Minutes

Spilsby Town Council is required to provide minutes for public viewing.  Please see our archive of minutes and other Spilsby Town Council documents for more information.

Period of Office

Town and Parish Councillors serve for a period of up to four years between elections.  The last election took place in May 2023 and current Councillors will serve until 2027.
