Spilsby Neighbourhood Plan

Spilsby Town Council is looking to hear your views on shaping the development and growth of Spilsby.

The Council was recently approached by East Lindsey District Council regarding the proposed development of 450 houses, which will “bring both challenges and rewards to our town”.

The feedback will be collated and used by Spilsby Town Council to act as your voice regarding the development of the town.

Residents are being asked to share their thoughts in a number of different topic areas:

  • Type, character, and cost of housing
  • Local amenities
  • Tourism in the town and surrounding areas
  • Local economy and employment
  • Community facilities
  • Recreation and leisure
  • Transport and highways
  • Environment

The Council had a market stall on Monday 13th July for residents to approach with their thoughts and comments, and are looking at further opportunities in the near future.

Forms have been distributed in the area covered by the Town Council. Those who wish to have their say outside of the town boundary will need to download and complete the form or use our email form below. This directly emails your comments to the engagement group.

Members of the Town Council will be in attendance at the Monday Market to talk about the Neighbourhood Plan on Monday 10th August.

Fields marked with * are required

All constructive feedback is welcomed. The more subject areas you can cover from the above list, the more useful your feedback will be for the town.

Please note that any feedback given in the form above will be emailed directly to the engagement team and is not retained in any form once your email has been processed.
