Spilsby will be kicking off its’ Christmas season with its’ “Once Upon a Christmas in Spilsby” event. The festivities begin with Spilsby Rotary’s Cracker Day from 10am to 2pm in the Franklin Hall. At 2pm you are invited to join us in singing Christmas Carols around the Franklin Statue. Police Appeal For Information After Shop Charity Box Theft

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary that occurred at a pizza shop in Spilsby market place between 1pm and 2pm on Tuesday 13 November. More dates added to dog microchipping roadshow

Spilsby is among another three dates added to the dog microchipping roadshow by East Lindsey District Council. The microchip costs just £10 and is the size of a grain of rice. It contains all the owners contact details and is inserted in the dog’s shoulder blade, causing no discomfort.  The team will be visiting Spilsby Police Station between 12pm and 2pm on Tuesday 9 November where you can take your dog to be microchipped.
