A man has been arrested in connection with a burglary at Skegness Town Hall last August. The 27-year-old was arrested by Thames Valley Police and has been bailed until January to allow the investigation to continue. A substantial amount of cash was stolen from an area of the building where the car parking takings were kept during the break-in, which took place on Bank Holiday Monday.

Between half past midnight and 4am on Friday 5th September, the offender removed the top part of a window at the property on Post Office Lane and reached in to gain access to items on the table. Police are appealing for information about a burglary that occurred at a property on Main Road, East Kirkby, between 8.45am and 5.45pm on Saturday 2 March. The offender gained entry to the address by smashing a window at the rear and stole items including jewellery.
