Lincolnshire hospitals miss all waiting time targets

Hospitals in Lincolnshire have failed to meet all their waiting time targets. United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (UHLT), which runs hospitals in Lincoln, Grantham and Boston, missed its targets for cancer care, accident and emergency and planned operations. Warnings of a storm surge on the east coast of England have led to military being drafted in to respond. Lincolnshire’s chief constable Neil Rhodes said evacuation plans had been prepared, with 100 soldiers helping police in door-to-door warnings.
