Three men are accused of stealing more than £71,000 after gaining access to a Lincolnshire town hall. Peter Hoyles, 31, of Willoughby Road in Sutton on Sea appeared at Skegness Magistrates Court alongside Samuel Harrison, 28, from Shiphay with Willows in Torquay and Phillip David Carter, 38, of Cockington in Chelston in Torquay, accused of taking £71,547.64 from Skegness Town Hall. A Spilsby man was more than double the alcohol limit when he drove into the back of a tractor and trailer. Brian Greenfield, 39, of Hundleby Road, admitted driving with excess alcohol on the A16 Partney Road at Spilsby, when he appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court. A Spilsby man was almost three times over the drink drive limit the morning after a night of heavy drinking. Alan Cussons, 58, of Queen Street, admitted driving his Vauxhall Vectra with excess alcohol on The Terrace in Spilsby on February 20. A Cambridgeshire man has been arrested in Spilsby, following the reported theft of a Isuzu vehicle from Bardney, on Thursday afternoon. The man, Glen Michael Norman, aged 26 from Somersham in Cambridge has been charged by Lincolnshire Police with taking a vehicle without consent, failing to stop, driving whilst disqualified, driving without relevant insurance and possession of a Class B drug. Mr Norman will appear at Skegness Magistrates Court today (2nd December).
