An 82-year-old pensioner who suffers with arthritis faces an increasing struggle to use his bank because there is no disabled access. Police appeal for information after mobility scooter theft

Police are appealing for information about the theft of a mobility scooter in Spilsby. Between 12.35pm and 4.10pm on Tuesday 18 August, a Blue Sterling Swift mobility scooter was stolen on Boston Road in the town. The victim of the theft left the sccoter chained to a bus stop sign but when they returned, the chain had been cut and the scooter stolen.
