East Lindsey District Council’s Chief Executive, Nigel Howells has retired. Nigel has been away from the office on sick leave since April. Nigel has been advised by his consultant that he will not be well enough to return to work at all. Nigel has therefore retired on ill-health grounds. Residents are still waiting to find out who their councillors are after a delay in the AV referendum count in East Lindsey.
