A disqualified driver has received a suspended prison sentence after giving one of his children a lift in his car. Gary Burbidge of Main Road, Toynton All Saints, admitted driving whilst disqualified at Partney Road, Spilsby on February 28, when he appeared before a District Judge at Skegness Magistrates Court. A Spilsby man was almost three times over the drink drive limit the morning after a night of heavy drinking. Alan Cussons, 58, of Queen Street, admitted driving his Vauxhall Vectra with excess alcohol on The Terrace in Spilsby on February 20. After a row with his partner, a Spilsby man went to her home, kicked down a door and assaulted her, Skegness Magistrates have been told.
