A new temporary car park will allow shoppers free Christmas shopping parking in Spilsby, as Lincolnshire Police announce a parking crackdown.
Robin Hood Parking Ltd have now opened a temporary car park on the old Jacksons site, situated behind the High Street. Parking will be free until after Christmas, offering a bonus to local shoppers from out of town.
Meanwhile, Lincolnshire Police have stated that they will be robustly enforcing parking in the town over the coming weeks. Illegal parking can result in a fine of £30.
Other parking is also available locally, including the large Post Office Lane car park which is also free, but only for the first hour.
