Police in Spilsby appeal after till raided in Market Street shop

Police in Spilsby have appealed for information after cash was stolen from a till in a shop in the town on Friday afternoon.

The theft occurred in a shop in Market Street at around 3.45pm.

A black leather purse was also taken from a store room in the shop. It contained £150. Police have not yet revealed how much money was taken from the till.

“If anyone was in the vicinity of Market Place in Spilsby during the time of the incident and have any information that may assist Police with there enquires then please ring “101” quoting ‘incident number 321 of 14th June’, said a police spokesperson.
