Fourteen people were injured in a six vehicle crash on the A158 Scremby Road at Candlesby, near Spilsby.
Thirteen people suffered minor injuries and were treated either at the scene or taken on to hospital.
One man was airlifted to Boston Pilgrim Hospital, but police said his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The road was closed for a few hours to allow time for the vehicles to be removed safely.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area due to diversions put in place.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened just before 2.30pm yesterday.
