Police Appeal Over Flasher

Police are appealing for information following a flashing incident in Spilsby.

Shortly after half past eight this morning (Saturday 17 August) a male approached a female dog walker in the Vale Road Industrial Estate area of Spilsby.  The male exposed himself to the dog walker causing her considerable distress. The male was described as white, about 6ft tall, slim build aged in his mid to late 30’s with short blonde shaven hair. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and jeans.

Police have stated that there will be an increase in marked and unmarked patrols in the area, but have advised the community to pay attention when walking dogs in secluded areas.
