The Town is joining many others from across the country who will be lighting a beacon to mark the 90th birthday of the Queen.  The beacon is being sited at the Spilsby Fire Station, off Boston Road.

The beacon will be lighted at 8:30pm and the best views are to be from the Boston Road Car Park, at the junction of Boston Road and Vale Road.

The lighting will be followed by fireworks.

Councillor Julia Pears, Mayor of Spilsby, said “We would like to thank Councillor Phil Odling for the hard work in organising this event and the staff at Spilsby Fire Station.”

All are welcome to attend.
