Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision yesterday evening at Keal Cotes.
Police were called to a collision at 5.38 pm yesterday (Thursday 14 July) on the A16 at Keal Cotes, near Spilsby.
Two vehicles are involved a blue Rover 25 driven by a local man and a blue and white Suzuki motorcycle ridden by a man from the Oakham area.
Sadly the rider of the motorbike, a 52 year old man, died at the scene of the collision.
Sgt Chris Dennett, of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “We really need to speak to anyone who saw either vehicle travelling towards Keal Cotes prior to the collision, or the collision itself. I’d appeal to any witnesses to please get in touch”

The A16 remained closed, re-opening around 11 pm.
