A planning hearing will take place at the Franklin Hall, Spilsby on January 19, 2011 from 10am.
The Hearing relates to a planning application by Mr Toulson for the Red Lion, Fen Road, East Kirby .
The Hearing will take place after East Lindsey District Council refused a planning application asking for the use of the building to be changed from a Public House to a dwelling. It was also requested that the use of the land be changed to domestic.
An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the appeal. The public is invited to attend the Hearing and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
