A man has died in a house fire in a Little Steeping, near Spilsby.
Emergency services were called to the property at around 7pm on Wednesday.
Four fire engines attended the blaze.
Officers from Lincolnshire Police remain at the scene and the force said a joint investigation has been launched with the fire service to determine the cause of the fire.

David Emerson, known locally as Bud, of Little Steeping died when a fire broke out at his home at around 7pm on Wednesday night according to the Skegness Standard.
It is thought he was aged in his early 90s.
