The Council are looking for any local businesses or organisations who would be interested in running a stall or providing entertainment at the Christmas lights switch on event – provisionally booked for Friday 18 November.
Spilsby Town Councillor Andrew Wright said:
“We are looking for local businesses or other organisations to come forward to provide stalls and entertainment for the event that marks the start of the Christmas period in Spilsby.
“We would like to improve on the switch on event by giving residents and visitors more to do than in previous years.
“The start time of the event will also be moving to the early evening to ensure more local people can attend and the lights are more effective.”
Anyone interested in providing a stall and/or entertainment should contact Councillor Wright by email at andrew.wright@spilsbyonline.co.uk or using Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/SpilsbyCouncillor/
Groups interested in holding a stall will be required to provide their own stall for the event as the Council does not have any available.
Further information about the event will be available on this website in due course.
