A planning hearing will take place on December 1, 2010, into a planning application for the Red Lion, East Kirkby.

The hearing, which takes place after East Lindsey District Council refused an application by Mr Toulson for conversion of the public house into a dwelling, will be heard by the Government’s Planning Inspectorate. The hearing will last one day and be held at the Franklin Hall in Spilsby from 10am.

Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing and may, at the discretion of the Inspector, express their views.

Anyone wishing to view the application in advance of the Hearing, should visit the Planning Portal (see link below) and use reference number APP/D2510/A/10/2132368/NWF or contact East Lindsey District Council on 01507 601111 to arrange an appointment to see a hard copy of the planning information.
