A Spilsby couple denied allegations of racially motivated assault and threatening behaviour when they appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court last week.
Tamara Bache, 19, and Jonathan Lee Boneham, 20, both of Talbot Close, Spilsby will face trial at Skegness on February 11.
Tamara Bache faces an allegation that she used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Zeliha Ciceki and that it was racially aggravated, on August 13 in Spilsby.
Jonathan Boneham faces an allegation of racially aggravated assault by beating against Zeliha Ciceki on the same occasion.
They also both face similar allegations without the racial aggravation.
They were both granted conditional bail until the trial date. One of the conditions is not to enter Spilsby Market Place between 5pm and 7am
