Spilsby’s St James Church will hold two Japanese Taiko workshops later this month.
During the workshops, on Saturday, October 27 the workshops’ participants will be able to play the drums and learn a routine that they will then perform at a concert to be held afterwards.
It wil be an excellent, fun opportunity to learn the art of drumming for children 11+ and adults.
The first workshop is from 2.30pm to 3.30pm and the second workshop is from 3.45pm to 4.45pm with the concert following at 5pm.
The cost for the workshop is £1 for children age 11-16 and £3 for adults. Admission to the short concert will be £3 for adults and children free. To book a place call Jean or Jane at The Vicarage, Spilsby on 01790 752526.
