A virtual gym is to come to Spilsby courtesy of East Lindsey District Council.
The virtual gym is visiting a number communities around the area as part of the Council’s efforts to encourage more people to be healthy and active. The supervised fitness sessions are run by the Council and include Technogym Easyline resistance machines, plus cardio and exercise resistance equipment.
The weekly sessions cost £2 and are held at local community halls in Spilsby and Wainfleet, as well as elsewhere in the District:

Royal Arthur Centre, Ingoldmells at 10am – 11am
Franklin Hall, Spilsby at 2pm– 3pm
Tuesday
Wainfleet St Mary Community Hall, Wainfleet, 10am – 11am
Chapel St Leonards Village Hall at 10am – 11am
Wednesday
Franklin Hall, Spilsby at 10am – 11am
Thursday
Wainfleet St Community Hall at 10am – 11am
Friday
Royal Arthur Centre, Ingoldmells 10am – 11am
