Local Election Candidates Announced

The District, Town and Parish Council election candidates have been announced, which will include a new District Councillor for Spilsby. The District, Town and Parish Council election candidates have been announced, which will include a new District Councillor for Spilsby.

The election, due to be held on 5 May, is being contested at both District and Local level.  However, it is not being contested at County Council level.

A full list of all candidates for all elections can be found on the East Lindsey website (see link in Article Links below).

The current District Councillor for Spilsby is Jim Swanson who is now contesting the Halton Holegate ward election against the incumbent – Julia Pears.  This means the inevitable outcome for Spilsby is a new District Councillor.

Giles Allen Crust – Independent Candidate
Chris Prince – Labour Candidate
Roderick Vincent Williams – Conservative Candidate
