Police are appealing for information after a 66 year-old man was assaulted in Spilsby.
At approximately quarter past midnight on Wednesday 19th June, a male assaulted a resident on the doorway of his home at Boston Road in Spilsby, by punching him in the nose.
The offender is described as a white male, aged 15-16 and was of slim build. He had short fair hair and was about 5’10” tall. He was wearing a white T-shirt, beige trousers and white trainers. At the time this male was in company with two females who were of similar age. They were also white, of slim build and both about 5”7″ to 5”8″ tall, with dark, shoulder length hair which appeared dark in colour. Both were wearing white tops and dark trousers.
PC Dave Eldridge, from Horncastle Police Station, said, “This was an unprovoked attack that left the victim very shaken. We are keen to locate the offender as quickly as possible and appeal to anyone with information about his identity”.
