Spilsby cyclist remains in critical condition

A cyclist remains in critical condition after being found with serious injuries on Friday.

The cyclist was found on the B1195 at Hundleby near Spilsby with serious injuries at just before midnight on the 19th July. An appeal was made and Police have now been successful in identifying the man.

He is a 54 year old man from the Spilsby area.

It was not initially know how the man had sustained his injuries but it is now believed that no other vehicles were involved. The man remains at the Queens Medical Centre hospital at Nottingham and is still described as being in a critical condition.
