Plans are set to be unveiled for up to 600 new homes to be built on farmland to the east of Spilsby between Halton Road and Ashby Road.
The plans will be displayed as part of an consultation exhibition outlining the proposals, to be held at the Franklin Hall on Friday 2 October from 2pm to 7pm.
The proposals have been drawn up by Allison Homes (part of Larkfleet Homes), based in Bourne.
East Lindsey District Council has already earmarked the area for additional housing in the Local Plan.
Plans for the development are still not finalised and are believed to include a health centre and housing facilities for retired people. The developers have suggested that, should the plans be approved, they could take up to 15 years to complete.
Update:
The developers have been putting a flyer through each letterbox in Spilsby giving basic details of the exhibition. If you have not received yours you can view it by clicking on the image below.
