A Skegness man, who was found growing cannabis in his house at Spilsby, has been fined by magistrates. Michael James McMahon, 25, of The Meadows, Skegness, admitted producing cannabis at his then home at Manor Drive, Halton Holegate, Spilsby. Three men have been arrested in Wainfleet for drug offences following the execution of warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
