Organisations from the East Lindsey Local Strategic Partnership will be holding a series of free internet advice events across the District for older people. Why not help an older relative or friend get a better understanding of the online world?
The events are part of the National Spring on Line week (16 – 20 May) programme and National Silver Surfer day Celebrations on 20 May.
The events will tackle some of the most common problems encountered when using the Internet by providing a basic and practical understanding of the Internet through a fun, friendly and encouraging environment. Unfortunately the events are not happening in Spilsby itself, but can be accessed at Horncastle and Skegness.
Why not come along and see what computers and the Internet could do for you from keeping in touch with friends and family, saving money to pursuing hobbies on line. To find out more about each event or sign up for a place please contact the persons or organisations listed below:
