Call for Christmas Market Stallholders

The countdown to Christmas starts in Spilsby on Saturday 25 November and we are looking for additional stallholders for our extended Christmas Market.

After last years’ Christmas lights switch on and mini Christmas Market Spilsby Town Council are aiming to make the event even better than last year!  For the very latest updates on what is happening check out our special Christmas Switch On page.

The Market is scheduled to start at 3pm and runs until 6:30pm, with the lights being switched on at around 6pm.  There is no pitch fee for the 2017 event.

Last years’ event was held on the centre car park and are aiming to make it bigger this year as we have extra space available for the very popular market after demand for applications exceeded the space originally available.  The Council have also recently confirmed that the County Linx Radio bus will be joining us at the event after proving very popular last year!

Prospective stall holders must complete the application form and return it either by email to christmas@spilsbyonline.co.uk or by posting it into the Spilsby Town Council post box in Franklin Hall.

As additional space has been made available to us we are still inviting applications for stalls, despite the deadline mentioned on the application form.

Successful stallholders will be contacted as soon as possible once space has been confirmed.

Interest so far has been strong with a wide variety of stallholders showing interest in attending from across the area.

Please note: all stallholders must have public liability insurance with a minimum of £2,000,000 cover.  For more details download the application form.
