Spilsby Town Council is looking to hear your views on shaping the development and growth of Spilsby.
The Town Council is currently distributing a leaflet to all homes in the town, giving you the opportunity to have your say on the future of the town.
The Council was recently approached by East Lindsey District Council regarding the proposed development of 450 houses, which will “bring both challenges and rewards to our town”.
The feedback will be collated and used by Spilsby Town Council to act as your voice regarding the development of the town.
Residents are being asked to share their thoughts in a number of different topic areas:
- Type, character, and cost of housing
- Local amenities
- Tourism in the town and surrounding areas
- Local economy and employment
- Community facilities
- Recreation and leisure
- Transport and highways
- Environment
Forms can be returned in the boxes at various locations in the town:
- Spilsby Surgery Entrance
- New Life Centre Entrance
- Franklin Hall Entrance
- Outside Timeless Interiors (window ledge)
The Council had a market stall on Monday 13th July for residents to approach with their thoughts and comments, and are looking at further opportunities in the near future.
Forms are being distributed in the area covered by the Town Council. Those who wish to have their say outside of the town boundary will need to download and complete the form below.
